We perform safety and technical check-ups and service medical and esthetical devices. We also sell and distribute medical and esthetical technology. In case of the check-ups, we carry the technical/administrative burden by contacting our customers before the scheduled time of inspection to ensure fluid succession. We also unify the inspection times with other customers in the vicinity, which reduces the customer's transportation fees.

In case that SÚKL, the health office or an insurance company announces an inspection, we help with preparing the documents in order to make it go without a hitch. The law No. 268/2014 Sb. requires the health facilities to perform regular check-ups, and SÚKL checks whether this is actually done, with the option of imposing fines. The insurance companies may demand the return of compensation for devices that do not comply with the prescribed requisites, like regular check-ups.

The device manufacturer determines the check-up frequency; usually it should be performed once every 12 months.

The technicians who perform the check-ups and service have long-term experience; they work in the field for a minimum of 5 years. They go through regular training, both internal and given by the health technology manufacturers (for example, we offer full support of BTL-brand products with valid certification).
